Probe Requirements

The Prelude Detect Probe is a lightweight agent designed for the sole purpose of running Prelude security tests. The probe supports the following Operating Systems:

• Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows 11
• Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2022
• macOS 12 (Monterey), macOS 13 (Ventura), macOS 14 (Sonoma)
• RHEL 7,8,9
• Ubuntu 14, Ubuntu 18
• Amazon Linux 2, Amazon Linux 2023

The Probe can be installed as a persistent service or it can be run as an ephemeral script.
