Jamf

Jamf is a cloud-based endpoint management solution for Apple devices. It helps organizations securely manage and configure devices, applications, and user access.

Prelude integrates with Jamf to assess managed assets to help determine Security Controls and Configuration Misalignment for your Jamf-managed endpoints.

In Jamf

Create a API Client

Within Jamf navigate to Settings and "API Roles and Clients"
Create a role with "Read Computers"
Next, switch to the "API Clients" and create a API Client with the role created in the previous step
Notate the the following values to integrate with Prelude:
- Client ID
- Secret
- Base URL (Jamf Console URL)

In Prelude

Attach the partner

via UI

Navigate to your user name in upper right hand corner and select "Integrations"
Select the "Connect" action for Jamf
Fill out Base URL, API Client ID, API Client Secret to connect

Detach the partner

via UI

Navigate to your user name in upper right hand corner and select "Integrations"
Select the "Disconnect" action for Jamf
