Deleting Account

To fully delete and remove your Prelude account you must use the PreludeCLI to issue the following command:

prelude iam purge 

The IAM purge will purge all account related data from Prelude Detect systems. That includes users, tests, results, tokens, password hashes, and all data related to the Prelude account other than the audit trail of user actions. The audit trail is preserved to allow us to prove the account was deleted by the account owner. This action is non-reversible.
